Cap or no Cap?

Should I get one of these or should I skip it since i now have short hair. I mea, it could have worked when my hair was all the way down to my waist, but now it goes to my shoulders so I dont know... It is just that I look terrible in a cap! ... Maybe I can use earmuffs? *irony*
